Chamomile Lavender Sleepytime Latte

To enhance your relaxation routine, consider winding down with this soothing Chamomile Lavender Sleepytime Latte. This calming drink combines the sleep-promoting properties of chamomile tea and lavender, creating a warm embrace that prepares you for a restful night.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers (culinary grade)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • ¼ cup milk or a milk alternative (e.g., almond, oat)
Instructions:
  1. Boil the water in a small pot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bag and dried lavender. Steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a mug, discarding the flowers and tea bag.
  4. Stir in honey if desired and warm milk until heated through (or froth for a creamier texture).
  5. Pour the milk into the mug and enjoy your calming latte before bed.
