Acupuncture is the insertion of very thin, flexible needles into specific points located on the body’s energy meridians. Chinese doctors have spent over two thousand years mapping out the locations of these points, and modern electromagnetic research has confirmed their locations.
We offer several types of bodywork as a compliment or alternative to the healing energies of acupuncture. Our licensed massage therapists use their knowledge of the energetic meridians used in Chinese medicine along with different massage techniques to help bring relief to those who have pain or disharmony.
Chinese nutrition seeks to understand the energy of various foods to put our bodies into a balanced state to maximize our Qi flow. Nutrition focuses on how the body breaks down and utilizes food to repair and create cells, as well as how our bodies respond to the specific foods we eat.
Chinese herbs are well-known for their minimal side effects with maximum results. The herbs prescribed in our pharmacy come from reputable, licensed companies that use only the freshest quality herbal ingredients. Some herbs and western drugs may be combined, and we will inform you appropriately.

Loose Leaf Teas
Loose leaf teas offer a fuller flavor, and the selection is much more extensive than bagged teas. It should also be noted that loose leaf tea is more sustainable than bagged tea. There are essentially no paper products or other material wasted in the preparation of loose leaf tea. The cost per serving of loose leaf tea is much better as well.
