Nov 14, 2024

This refreshing, non-alcoholic mocktail is infused with lemon balm, a natural herb known for its calming properties. It’s perfect to enjoy during gatherings or as a relaxing treat to unwind.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey, to taste
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water or seltzer
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Brew the Lemon Balm: Place lemon balm leaves in a teapot, pour boiling water over them, and let steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. Strain and let the mixture cool.
  3. Sweeten and Serve: Stir in honey until fully dissolved. Pour over ice, filling the glass halfway, and then top with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
