Bone-Strengthening Sesame Tahini and Almond Energy Bites

These delicious energy bites are packed with calcium, magnesium, and healthy fats to support bone health and provide lasting energy.

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, ground flaxseeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
  4. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
