Golden Turmeric Bone Broth

Nov 3, 2025

As the temperatures drop, your body craves warmth — not just from cozy sweaters, but from foods that comfort and heal from within. This Golden Turmeric Bone Broth is the perfect fall tonic: deeply nourishing, anti-inflammatory, and soothing for joints and muscles.

Infused with turmeric, ginger, and garlic, this golden elixir helps fight inflammation, supports digestion, and strengthens your immune system — exactly what your body needs when cooler weather brings stiffness or fatigue. Whether you sip it from a mug or use it as a base for soups and grains, each spoonful delivers warmth, flavor, and healing energy.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 lbs organic chicken or beef bones
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.
  2. Simmer 6–8 hours (longer for deeper flavor).
  3. Strain and serve warm.
  4. Optional: Add a pinch of cayenne for extra warmth and circulation.

Why it works: Bone broth is rich in collagen, glucosamine, and amino acids, helping repair connective tissues and reduce inflammation. Turmeric and ginger enhance these effects with their natural anti-inflammatory properties.

Rich in collagen, amino acids, and minerals, this golden broth supports joint flexibility, muscle recovery, and gut health — key pillars of overall vitality. The turmeric and ginger boost circulation and calm inflammation, while apple cider vinegar helps extract nutrients from the bones for maximum nourishment.

Make a large batch and keep it in the fridge for quick daily servings. Sip it before bed for deeper sleep and morning comfort, or enjoy it after acupuncture or massage therapy to replenish and restore your body naturally.
