This invigorating drink combines the crispness of cucumber with the soothing aroma of fresh mint, creating a revitalizing blend that not only quenches your thirst but also supports your body’s natural detox processes. Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 8 cups of cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
