Mood-Boosting Dark Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Packed with antioxidants and natural energy boosters, this smoothie is great for replenishing nutrients post-workout while enhancing mood.

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder (rich in magnesium and mood-enhancing compounds)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (supports circulation)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (adds protein for muscle repair)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:
