precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of our
patients and staff. Our aim is to make our center a healthy place for all.
Here are the measures we are taking at the Kokin Healing Center based on research, risk assessment and recommendations from local, federal and global officials. We appreciate everyone’s participation and understanding:
Reducing our typical patient schedule in order to ensure social distancing.
Shortened time during check in and check out.
Contactless payment system.
Outside waiting area available in order to enhance social distancing in reception.
Face masks are mandatory for all staff and patients alike.
All surfaces are sanitized often, including the reception area and exam rooms.
Deep disinfection of office daily.
Air purifiers throughout the office and exam rooms.
New HVAC air-conditioning that uses outdoor air continuously to refreshen the office air.
No “sick” visits allowed, for example, patients with cold/flu symptoms.
Health checks of all staff and therapists.
