Mood-Lifting Chocolate Peppermint Smoothie

Sometimes, comfort comes in the form of a delicious treat. This chocolate peppermint smoothie is packed with nutrients that support brain health and boost your mood.

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (rich in magnesium to reduce stress)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for Omega-3 fatty acids)
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract (refreshing and uplifting)
  • 1-2 medjool dates (optional, for natural sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a frosty texture)
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with cacao nibs or a mint sprig, and enjoy!
